Cancellation Policy
*PLEASE READ*
DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED to book services. (You CANNOT book without paying it, that’s how the system is setup.) The Deposit also go towards that service.
I charge the FULL amount of Services booked for ALL no-call no-shows to the card on file. I also charge a 75% CANCELLATION FEE of the services that were booked to the card on file, if you don’t cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. The Cancelled appointment deposit WILL NOT be refunded, the deposit will go towards the next appointment you schedule. You are only allowed ONE reschedule within 30 days. If you cannot show up after that rescheduled appointment you will need to rebook with a NEW DEPOSIT. I do not charge a late fee, but if you are more than 15MIN LATE you will have to reschedule. Your deposit is forfeited and considered a last minute cancellation.
